Features
Carbon fiber packing with graphite is woven of strong carbon fiber after
softening treatment and impregnation with mixture latex of fine
graphite powder, PTFE dispersion and lubricant. It is chemical resistant,
heat conductive and with high strength, so this item is widely used with
revolving and reciprocating pumps in which chemical corrosive media
and particle grains exist. It's the best sealing material for high pressure
a, high temperature and corrosion.

Features
Carbonized fiber packing is a particular flexible combination of high
quality carbon yarns and PTFE-yarns, diagonally braided with special
PTFE compound and impregnated with running-in lubricant.

Pressure:

p(mixers, agitators, kneaders, filters) = 25 bar
Sliding velocity:
vg(pumps) = 20 m/s (pumps)
vg(mixers, agitators, kneaders, filters) = 2 m/s
Temperature: t = -100 … +280 °C
Chemical resistance: pH = 0 … 14
Resistant to alkalis, solvents, alcohols, ester-ketones, oils, acids, hot
water, brine, ammoniac.
